  • Promo is exclusive of Doctor’s consultation fees: PhP1,000.00 (face-to-face) or PhP1,500.00 (online).
  • Rebooking of scheduled appointment: Up to two (2) date changes with no additional rebooking fees and must take place 48 hours before the treatment.
  • Further changes can be made within the redemption period of the promo, but with a 5% rebooking fee of the total amount of service availed.
  • Changing treatment after finalizing the purchase of the promo is strictly prohibited.
  • Failure to do the procedure within the redemption period shall ensure client’s liability.
